About our mentors

Our mentors have years of experience in HR and talent management, with more than 30 years of functional, hands-on experience in training, leadership development and assessment, performance management, talent management, succession planning, career planning, employee engagement, recruitment, rewards and recognition, organizational design, nationalization programs, diversity and inclusion, HR transformation management, and HRMS systems implementation.

They have managed complex projects for implementing training, talent, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement strategies across 35 countries. They have designed and implemented an award-winning new joiners onboarding program, leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement programs.

Our HR mentors are confident in supporting organizations in their transformation endeavors with their exceptional knowledge of learning and change in human systems and more than 30 years of experience in leading organizational and leadership transformation initiatives. They have had the opportunity to conceive and execute culture change initiatives and design new age practices related to leadership development, performance management, high potential talent and succession programs. They have coached senior leaders and high performing teams from diverse cultures to help them to be at their best. The ultimate focus of these initiatives is to enable organizations to build organizational and personnel capabilities to accomplish their visions.

Our mentors have impressive academic and professional backgrounds, coming from the London School of Economics, Yorkshire Asian Business Association, London Business School, California Institute of Integral Studies, University of Surrey, University of Sofia, University of Roma Tre, and Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, University of Manchester, Emlyon Business School to name a few.
