Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration to the Career Mentor LLC website (www.CareerMentorme.com) is open to all natural persons over thirteen years of age who have an interest in taking a mentoring session with Career Mentor LLC. Users under sixteen years of age must first obtain the consent of a parent or guardian.
  2. Each user shall register only once on the website.
  3. The User shall register online to avail himself/herself of all services offered by Career Mentor LLC.
  4. Upon registration, users are bound to comply with the terms and conditions of Career Mentor LLC.
  5. By registering with Career Mentor LLC, the User accepts that most communications with Career Mentor LLC will take place electronically.
  6. It is the User's responsibility to make sure that she/he has sufficient access to the Internet in order to participate in the activities to the desired extent.
  7. Career Mentor LLC screens registration applications and reserves itself the right to reject a registration without stating any reason.
  8. Registered users vouch that data supplied upon registration are true and complete and that they are kept up to date after registration.
  9. It is expressly forbidden to place accounts at the disposal of third parties and to disclose access details to third parties.
  10. Users shall pay the fee for the guidance. This fee is posted on website and amended from time to time. The fee is exclusive of taxes, and all applicable taxes shall be charged extra.
  11. Upon making a booking for a mentoring/training session, the User will be sent a payment request. This request will be sent only if the requested mentorship session can be scheduled for the User within a maximum of 15 days.
  12. Payments for the training must be done one week prior to the training commencement.
  13. In case Career Mentor LLC is unable to offer a scheduled date and time for the session to provide guidance, it has the right to reschedule the session as convenient to the Mentor and Mentee. Such rescheduling will occur within 15 days. If it is not possible to reschedule the session, Career Mentor LLC has the right to cancel and refund the money to the User.
  14. If the User could not seek the guidance because of his/her own fault, for whatever reasons, then
    • The User may seek to reschedule the session.
    • The User may cancel the session.
    • The Company may consider refunding the fee if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the session. No refund will be made if the session is canceled in less than 24 hours.
  15. Users are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account, display name, and passwords for restricting access to Career Mentor LLC.
  16. Users agree that if they provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or not in accordance with these terms, the Company shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate/block access to Career Mentor LLC for such user.
  17. The User shall not solicit the guidance of mentors of Career Mentor LLC outside of usage of Career Mentor LLC.
  18. Career Mentor LLC reserves its right to terminate the User's account with immediate effect without any prior notice or information and at its sole discretion.
  19. The Career Mentor LLC shall not be liable for any misrepresentation or omission of information by the User or Mentor.
  20. The Career Mentor LLC/Mentor shall not be responsible for any harm or damage incurred by the User/Mentee during a session, as the advice and guidance is based purely on the knowledge, capability, and experience of the Mentor.
  21. There are no promises that every person using Career Mentor LLC will get their anticipated outcomes. The outcomes depend on different dynamics, and the outcomes may vary from individual to individual.
  22. The Company shall be the sole owner and will have copyright for all the recordings, discussions, and content provided on Career Mentor LLC.
  23. Career Mentor LLC shall not be liable for minor negligence or indirect losses.
  24. This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE law.
  25. Any disputes relating to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
