Enlist in www.CareerMentorme.com (the “Site”) and make a difference within your community.

Industry and University Experts giving advice or mentoring shall hereinafter be referred to as “Mentor Users.” Students and professionals obtaining guidance or mentoring services shall hereinafter be referred to as “Mentee Users.”

Please read the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) carefully before using the Site:

1. By registering and using the Site, you have understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. CareerMentor LLC (the “Company”) reserves the right to terminate your account and/or refuse to provide access to the Site
• if it is brought to the Company’s notice or if it is revealed that you are not eligible to use the Site.
• if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not in accordance with these Terms, the Company shall have the right to indefinitely suspend, terminate, or block your access to the Site.
3. By registering as a Mentor User on the Site, you represent to the Company, to Mentor Users, and Mentee Users that you are an expert in the stream or specialization proposed by you.
4. Mentor Users shall guide, advise, and mentor the Mentee Users to the best of their ability and knowledge, as follows:
5. Mentor Users shall not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including taking screen shots of the Site
6. Mentor Users are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account, The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
7. The engagement between Mentor Users and the Company is on a consultation basis. There is no employer or employee relationship. Mentor Users shall not claim employment status with the Company.
8. The Company, at its sole discretion, reserves its right to terminate Mentor Users’ account at any time without prior notice or information to Mentor Users.
9. The Company shall not be liable for any misrepresentation or omission of information by the Mentor or Mentee Users. Further, the Company and the Mentor Users shall not be responsible for any damage or loss incurred by the Mentee Users during consultation sessions as the shared information is purely on the basis of knowledge and experience of the Mentor Users.
10. The Mentor Users must strictly keep all the information shared by the Mentee Users confidential and must not engage in misusing such information. Mentor Users shall not disclose the confidential information received from the Site to any third party. The Company respects the privacy of all its Mentor and Mentee Users and is committed, and will always endeavor, to guard it in all respects. However, hacking of websites by unknown users of which the Company may take appropriate action on, but will not be held responsible therefor.
11. Mentor Users are under obligation to maintain good quality connection of internet, software and hardware needed to conduct sessions.
12. Mentor Users shall not plunder Mentee Users of the Site. Further, all communications must be done through the Site and Mentor Users shall not solicit the business or offer their guidance/mentoring services to the Mentee Users outside of the Site. Mentor Users must not share their personal contact information with Mentee Users.
13. The Company reserves its right to suspend or terminate Mentor Users’ account based on unsatisfactory quality of service or feedback received from Mentee Users.
14. The Mentor Users shall not enter into agreement or provide any services that competes with the services provided to the Company for two (2) years from signing up on the Site.
15. The Company may keep the recording of consultation sessions for future reference and its use. The Company shall be the sole owner and will have copyright of all the recordings, discussions, and content provided on the Site and it will not be shared with Mentor users.
16. If a Mentor User uses any offensive or abusive language, performs any activity in violation of these Terms, or engages in any illegal and unlawful activity on the Site, the Company may take any legal action necessary against the Mentor User.
17. For all purposes, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE.
